Exchange with Replacement: To provide you with flexibility and accommodate your preferences, we offer an exchange with replacement policy within 3 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works:

Initiate the Exchange:

Contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your goods to initiate the exchange process. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with an Exchange Authorization.

Preparing Your Exchange:

  • Ensure the product is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Include all tags, labels, and accessories that came with the item.

 Exchange Charges:

  • Please note that exchange courier charges apply. For a package weighing up to 1 kg, the exchange courier fee is 380 PKR.
  • Collection and Replacement:
  • A dedicated courier rider will be dispatched to collect the exchanged product from the address you provide and deliver the exchanged product to your specified address.
